KaiRui Environmental Protection Holds Its First Online Campus-Industry Job Fair

To effectively address the challenges faced by companies in recruiting workers and by job seekers in finding employment during the pandemic, KaiRui Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. and Tangshan Normal University jointly hosted an “Online University-Enterprise Video Job Fair.” Using a presentation format combining live commentary and PowerPoint slides, and chaired by Secretary Zhang of the university, the event conducted an online recruitment session for over 100 students from Tangshan Normal University.
The recruitment fair officially began at 3:00 p.m. on April 26. Guo Weilei, Deputy General Manager of KaiRui Environmental Protection, first provided a comprehensive overview of the company’s patented technologies, product markets, and future prospects. Chief Engineer Mao Jinchi extended a proposal for cooperation to the university and encouraged students to actively join KaiRui Environmental Protection to pursue entrepreneurial growth together. Finally, company leaders addressed each question raised by the students one by one, and the event lasted for over an hour.
Following the event, Liu Jing, Manager of the Administration and Human Resources Department, received inquiries from several students. She will continue to follow up and maintain communication with university faculty and the students who applied.
