I. Basic Project Information

 

Project Name: KaiRui Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd.’s 30,000 metric tons per year Waste Resin Catalyst and Waste Activated Carbon Recovery and Comprehensive Utilization Project

 

Project Location: Hejian Economic Development Zone

 

Project Scope and Scale: KaiRui Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. plans to invest 150 million yuan to construct the 30,000 metric tons per year Waste Resin Catalyst and Waste Activated Carbon Recovery and Comprehensive Utilization Project within the company’s factory premises. Supporting infrastructure, including new workshops and warehouses, will be constructed to enable the annual recovery and comprehensive utilization of 30,000 metric tons of waste resin catalysts, waste activated carbon, and waste sulfuric acid. A total of 61 sets of equipment will be purchased for drying, carbonization, activation, incineration, acid production, exhaust gas treatment, and analytical testing. Upon completion, the project will have an annual production capacity of 0.400 metric metric tons of activated carbon, 0.200 metric metric tons of industrial magnesium sulfate, 0.384 metric metric tons of 98% sulfuric acid, and 0.575 metric metric tons of 105% fuming sulfuric acid. This project has been filed with the Economic Development Department of the Hejian Economic Development Zone. The filing certificate number is: Hejingkai Bei Zi [2024] No. 049.
