On March 2, 2023, a delegation of five people—including Directors Han and Sun from the Municipal Bureau of Science and Technology and Industry, and General Manager Ren from Zhongke (Hejian) Zhihui Workshop—visited our company for an inspection and coordination meeting. The company’s chairman, General Manager Ge, General Manager Guo, and Plant Manager Song accompanied the delegation during the visit and participated in the coordination discussions.

Director Han explained that the CAS (Hejian) Zhihui Workshop, under the guidance and support of the Hejian Municipal Government, operates through a “one base, three centers” system. By streamlining the channels for the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements, it aims to improve the quality of such achievements, enhance the efficiency of their commercialization, and assist enterprises in achieving upgrades toward intelligent, digital, high-end, and green development, while providing tailored “one enterprise, one policy” services. At the same time, the initiative promotes industrial transformation and upgrading in Hejian, drives high-quality industrial development, integrates the industrial science and technology innovation chain, and attracts more high-level scientific and technological achievements or projects from both domestic and international sources to gather, be commercialized, traded, and implemented in Hejian.

General Manager Ren elaborated on the functions, service offerings, and preferential policies of the Zhongke (Hejian) Zhihui Workshop, stating that the initiative will provide support in areas such as industrial development, addressing enterprise needs, talent training, project planning, intellectual property, and tax incentives to help enterprises achieve comprehensive improvement.

Mr. Ge and Mr. Guo introduced our company’s products and technologies and exchanged views on technical challenges encountered in production and R&D.

The Chairman delivered concluding remarks. He thanked the municipal government for providing such an excellent platform and expressed gratitude to the leaders and experts from the Municipal Bureau of Science and Technology and Industry, as well as the Zhongke (Hejian) Zhihui Workshop, for their visit and for bringing valuable projects and favorable policies. He expressed hope that through communication and collaboration, our company’s technological capabilities would be enhanced, and that preferential policies and suitable projects would be implemented at our company. He also noted that our company currently has a relatively comprehensive pilot-scale testing facility and expressed hope that, through this platform, companies with pilot-scale testing needs would contact us to conduct such trials. Moving forward, our company intends to strengthen communication and collaboration with the Zhongke (Hejian) Zhihui Workshop and pursue cooperation in multiple areas.
