On March 2, 2018, KaiRui Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. held its 2017 Annual Summary, Awards, and Spring Festival Gala at the Cangzhou Arcadia Hotel. Company Chairman Gao Yonglin, General Manager Zhang Yong, Deputy General Managers Gao Jianbin and Cao Hui, along with other executives and more than 100 employees, gathered to recognize outstanding performers, share achievements, and look ahead to the future.

　　The Spring Festival Gala kicked off with an auspicious, festive, and exceptionally lively drum dance performance.

First, Gao Yonglin, the company’s chairman, delivered an important speech. Chairman Gao congratulated the departments and individuals recognized as outstanding in 2017. He said, “The past year was one of hard work, dedication, and abundant achievements—a year of which we can be proud. The company has made significant breakthroughs across all its operations. Facing the immense challenges of 2018, we must remain confident, stay motivated, and roll up our sleeves to work even harder.”

　　At the meeting, the company recognized outstanding teams, outstanding individuals, units excelling in workplace safety, and safety role models, presenting them with certificates of honor and cash awards. The company also called on these honorees to further exemplify leadership and make even greater contributions to KaiRui’s development.

　　At the annual meeting, the passionate solo performances transported the audience into a sea of melody; the energetic dances sparkled with the vitality of youth; the traditional Sichuan opera face-changing performance; and the lively and entertaining impersonation acts left everyone spellbound.

　　Finally, General Manager Zhang Yong presented the 2017 annual work summary and the 2018 work plan. General Manager Zhang pointed out: In 2017, the ever-changing market conditions presented both opportunities and challenges for the company’s development. The introduction of the ethanol-blended gasoline policy, coupled with the slump in the coal chemical and petrochemical industries, placed higher demands on the company’s development strategy for this new era. Faced with these severe market conditions, the company’s management team led all employees—guided by the business principles of “keeping pace with the times and putting customers first; working hard and maximizing efficiency through management”—to remain confident, stay united, tackle difficulties head-on, and capitalize on favorable trends. As a result, the company largely achieved the targets set at the beginning of the year, and its development made significant progress. In 2017, the company achieved sales of 171.44 million yuan, with total collections for the year amounting to 197.66 million yuan.

　　In 2018, guided by our business policy of “Seizing opportunities, facing challenges head-on, overcoming difficulties through innovation, and opening a new chapter in the development of KaiRui Environmental Protection,” we aim to achieve sales of 180 million yuan, including 20 million yuan in international markets; mark our 17th consecutive year of safe production; and lead the domestic market in achieving a breakthrough with the commercial application of indirect alkylation technology.
